  • I joined the company at the age of 19 in 2019 as the 17th hire, with no prior experience in recruitment – my background was in modelling. Despite my lack of experience, the training and guidance provided by the company was exceptional. With their support, I quickly adapted and took to recruitment like a duck to water. Early on, I recognised an opportunity to build a market within the networking and security sector and decided to pursue it. The company encouraged me, and I was given the resources and mentorship needed to succeed. Through hard work and strategic networking, I developed this market from the ground up. By the age of 22, my efforts were paying off. My team was not only growing but also succeeding, it was incredibly rewarding to see our hard work translate into success. Fast forward to today, and I am proud to be a member of the leadership team. This journey has been remarkable, and it’s a testament to Hamilton Barnes’ commitment to nurturing talent and growth.

  • "I joined Hamilton Barnes in 2022 as the first talent acquisition hire. Starting out, I focused on hiring for our UK office, but it became clear that the company's growth needed a broader approach. I was eager to take on the challenge, and the opportunities here allowed me to do just that. Before joining, I completed my degree in Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth. This experience equipped me with the essential skills to excel in talent acquisition. I dove into internal recruitment, working closely with departments to build the best teams. The fast-paced environment and ambitious goals of the company kept me motivated.
