Our hard work eventually paid off, and we successfully opened an office in Frankfurt. This was a significant achievement, allowing us to start growing our team there. The success of our strategy in Germany set a standard for other teams. The fibre team, among others, was able to replicate our approach and expand into new markets using the blueprint we created. Over the years, I've consistently been one of the top performers and have earned four promotions. These achievements reflect the power of hard work and a clear vision. Before joining Hamilton Barnes, I grew up on a farm in Wales. Seeking new opportunities, I made the big move to London. With a background in sports from my time at Hartpury College, I wanted to try my hand at sales and joined the company in 2019. This journey from a farm in Wales to leading a team in the European market has been incredible.
