In 2021, I joined Hamilton Barnes and dove headfirst into the cybersecurity market. Recruitment felt like second nature to me, and within a year, I was lucky enough to earn three promotions. Moving to Canada was always a dream of mine. I started working the market from afar, and soon enough, Hamilton Barnes trusted and supported me to make the move and lead the Canadian team. Relocating was a huge step, but it felt right with the company backing me up. Building the Canadian market from the ground up was both challenging and exciting. With a lot of hard work and a bit of risk-taking, our team here has grown into one of the biggest revenue generators for the company. This journey has been more than just a career move for me; it's been a personal adventure. I’ve been able to chase my dreams while contributing to something bigger. Leading the Enterprise and Security division in Canada has been incredibly fulfilling. I’m proud of what we've accomplished and excited about what's next. Hamilton Barnes has given me incredible opportunities to grow and make a real impact. They value initiative and hard work, and that's allowed me to achieve so much in a short time.
